Prime Oak Garden Rooms & other buildings
Prime Oak offer a bespoke service but can also manufacture effectively ‘standard’ buildings
from joinery components. The three sketches below are all drawn at 4.79m x 5.19m and are
based on our standard joinery range. We can provide a guide price based on your size requirements but to
produce a quotation we need further information such as site access and ground levels.
Garden Rooms
A Prime Oak garden room attached to your property can be designed to suit the
existing structure.
A Garden Room roof can be tiled with clay tiles, slates, pantiles or even thatch.
Orangeries
Originally used as a place where citrus trees were wintered, orangeries have now been
brought into the 21st Century with solid roofs where temperature can be regulated all
year round. A Prime Oak orangery characterised by either a flat leaded roof or part tiled,
with or without a Lantern to provide extra light will add a classic architectural addition
to your home.
Conservatories
Identical structure to garden rooms & orangeries but with a glazed roof.
