Planning
Prime Oak offer a full planning service including appeals
using our in-house planning specialist.
Buildings under 4m in height are often exempt from
planning - our designers can give you further advice.
Free Site Visit
Prime Oak offer a free site visit to discuss your project
and will provide a sketch & quotation following the
discussion.
We are happy to work with clients, builders and Architects and can prepare
drawings for planning and building regulations. Unlike many other
companies, we supply full structural calculations for our oak frames and
these are included in the cost of your building.
In most cases, structural calculations are a requirement for Building
regulations.
Prime Oak buildings are manufactured from oak that is ‘in stock’. We
purchase oak in the quantities that ensure we get the best possible price to
enable us to be cost effective. The only way that we can be beaten on price
is by using inferior quality oak.
